Returns are broken. A package can travel across the planet in 24 hours, but getting your money back still takes weeks. We built REVER to fix that. Because returning something should be as easy as buying it.

Founded by Oriol and Marius, who previously led Glovo and saw firsthand how dysfunctional the +1Bn€ returns market really is. We're building the infrastructure they wished had existed. Backed by YCombinator, leading VCs, and top founders from some of Europe's biggest unicorns, we're now in a product-market fit phase with aggressive growth targets ahead.

The role

This is an internship, but not the kind where you shadow people and sit in on calls. From day one, you'll be doing real work - managing return logistics for +1K merchants across +50x countries, keeping our 24h refund promise alive as we scale 2x.

By month two, you'll have autonomously deployed multiple AI agents that resolves at least 15% of inbound return requests without human intervention. That's the bar. We'll give you the tools, the context, and the autonomy to get there.

What you'll do

• Build and ship AI agents that handle real customer interactions, not prototypes, production
• Design and automate operational flows across support, logistics, and client management using Make, Zapier, or custom integrations
• Monitor customer satisfaction and act on feedback before it becomes a problem
• Manage client relationships and handle day-to-day inquiries with the support of the team
• Flag and eliminate repetitive processes (if you're doing something twice, it should probably be automated)
• Feed into product decisions with what you're seeing on the ground

What we're looking for

• Fluent in Spanish and English; Italian is a real plus
• Recently graduated or early in your career, hungry to move fast
• Hands-on curiosity with AI tools, LLMs, or workflow automation. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to be comfortable getting your hands dirty
• Someone who makes decisions and owns the outcome, not someone who waits to be told what to do
• A team player who also operates independently when needed
