As Sustainability Program Manager - Rexel Foundation Manager, you will play a central role in supporting the implementation of our sustainability initiatives and in bringing our sustainability community together across the Group.

This is a highly visible, varied and hands-on role, combining program coordination, internal communication, training, event management and community engagement. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, countries, associations and communication teams to ensure that our sustainability initiatives are effectively deployed and that our employees are engaged around these topics.

Reporting to the ESG Group Director, you will act as a key coordinator and facilitator, ensuring that priorities defined by the Foundation Board and Sustainability teams are translated into concrete actions.

Your responsibilities :

Program & Foundation coordination :

· Coordinate the implementation and follow-up of actions defined by the Rexel Foundation Board.

· Build and maintain action plans, timelines and follow-up tools to ensure the smooth delivery of initiatives.

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders, countries and external associations and partners.

· Ensure rigorous administrative and operational follow-up of Foundation activities.

· Monitor progress, identify potential issues and ensure that actions are delivered on time.

Sustainability training & deployment :

· Coordinate the rollout of sustainability training programs across Rexel countries.

· Follow up on the deployment of existing training programs and actively engage with countries to support their adoption.

· Work closely with local teams to ensure that training content is understood, used and effectively embedded.

· Support initiatives designed to help sales teams integrate sustainability into their discussions with customers.

· Contribute to the development and deployment of new training initiatives where relevant.

Communication & employee engagement :

· Coordinate key internal sustainability communication initiatives

· Work closely with Rexel France and internal Communication teams to develop and deliver engaging communication and event initiatives.

· Build and maintain a communication calendar, ensuring alignment between Sustainability and Communication teams.

· Coordinate quarterly events such as breakfast sessions dedicated to discovering and deepening knowledge of sustainability topics.

· Contribute to internal and external communication around Rexel's sustainability news, initiatives and achievements.

· Bring energy and creativity to events and initiatives designed to mobilize employees around sustainability.

Sustainability community animation :

· Coordinate and animate the Sustainability Leaders Community, with monthly meetings bringing together sustainability leaders across the Group.

· Identify relevant topics and speakers and prepare meeting agendas and content.

· Facilitate meetings and ensure effective follow-up of actions and discussions.

· Act as the conductor of the community, creating engagement and encouraging knowledge sharing across countries.

Annual seminar :

· Coordinate the preparation and organization of the annual Sustainability seminar.

· Manage the different stakeholders, content, logistics and communication to ensure a successful event.

Your profile :

· +10 years of experience, ideally gained in sustainability, corporate communication, program management, event management or a related field.

· You combine strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities and a genuine interest in sustainability topics.

· Highly organized and rigorous, with strong planning and coordination skills.

· Comfortable managing several projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

· Proactive and hands-on, with the ability to move topics forward and ensure follow-up.

· A strong communicator, comfortable presenting your topics and speaking in front of different audiences.

· Energetic and engaging, with the ability to bring people together and create momentum around initiatives.

· Highly collaborative and comfortable working with multiple internal teams and international stakeholders.

· People-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine taste for working with others.

· Sensitive to sustainability and social/environmental issues, ideally with previous professional experience in this field.

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
