Internship Accounting Interns

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Intern to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience, learn industry-standard software, and grow within a dynamic environment.

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Perform data entry and help maintain accurate, organized financial records.
• Support the processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Assist with bank statement reconciliation and monitor company expenditures.
• Review staff expense claims, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Assist in gathering documentation for audits and compliance-related matters.
• Maintain accounting documents and digital files, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in preparing basic tax filings and statutory reporting schedules.
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned to support the team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with QuickBooks or prior exposure to agency accounts.
