We turn everyday game and training videos into clear, easy-to-use insights and coaching feedback so players know exactly what to work on next. We are looking for a Product Manager who can take ownership of the product, work closely with engineering and design, and help us build experiences that athletes and coaches genuinely love using.
This role sits at the intersection of product, design, and technology. You will need to think like a user, communicate clearly with engineers, and bring a strong UI/UX sensibility to every feature you define.
What You Will Be Doing :
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap in close collaboration with the US leadership and engineering teams
- Define clear, detailed product requirements - user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
- Work hands-on with the UI/UX designer to shape product flows, wireframes, and prototypes before they go into development
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, design, and QA
- Conduct user research, gather feedback from coaches and athletes, and translate insights into actionable product decisions
- Track key product metrics - adoption, retention, engagement - and use data to drive roadmap priorities
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches
- Work directly with the US product and engineering team on a daily basis - clear communication and async collaboration are essential
- Identify gaps in the product experience and proactively propose improvements before they become problems
What We Are Looking For :
- 5-10 years of product management experience, with strong exposure to AI or tech products
- Strong hands-on UI/UX sensibility - you should be able to review a wireframe, spot UX issues, and give precise design feedback
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools - not just for reviewing but for collaborating actively with designers
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience running sprints
- Experience working directly with US-based teams or building products for US audiences
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable with product metrics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication - this role requires clear, concise communication across time zones
- Prior experience in sports tech, AI products, or consumer-facing tech platforms is a strong plus
