HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Are you a proactive learner, passionate about customer experience and eager to drive growth across the business? If so, we would like to present you with the opportunity to join our Cartier Malaysia office asOperations Intern, Commercial & MarComs.
In this role, you will provide essential support to the Commercial & Marketing Communications team, assisting with a variety of operational tasks as well as projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, global marketing environment and develop valuable skills in project management, communication, and gain understanding of the inner-working in the world of retail luxury.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support smooth running of day-to-day operations of the Commercial Department by liaising with Commercial team
- Participate in daily operations and evaluate protocols/processes across our boutiques while adhering to company regulations, and health and safety codes
- Participate and contribute to meetings and workshops with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff
- Prepare documentation and maintain records and key digital programs
- Responsible for monthly reports of competition activations
- Support MarComs team in event planning & execution, public relations matters as well as client activation activities
- Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned
YOUR PROFILE
- Pro-active approach to tasks and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Team player with strong collaborative spirit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
