We are seeking Interns / Associates / Executives to support our ongoing Odoo ERP implementation and business process transformation, including process alignment, change management, go-live readiness, and post-go-live support.
Interns / Associates / Executive -
ERP Implementation & Business Process
Support business process design, standardization, and alignment with Odoo ERP capabilities and business requirements.
Coordinate with process owners and stakeholders on process gaps, system requirements, improvements, and change impacts.
Support SIT, VAT, data migration, master data validation, training, and go-live readiness.
Drive change management, user adoption, communication, and training coordination.
Coordinate implementation issues, action plans, risks, and dependencies with business and
ERP teams.
Support go-live, hypercare, post-go-live stabilization, user support, and system/process enhancements.
Maintain relevant project, process, master data, and management documentation.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS
Degree in Business, IT, Management, Project Management, or related field.
Experience in Odoo/ERP implementation, business process improvement, or Master Data
Management is preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
Good understanding of ERP processes, change management, and process standardization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
