CONTEXT

Within Richemont Group Technology, the Wholesale Engagement team is responsible for digital solutions supporting our Maisons and their wholesale partners.

As part of the continued evolution of our Salesforce platform and delivery capabilities, we are looking for a Salesforce Release Manager & Platform Administrator to join our R-Tech Center in Lisbon.

You will play a key role in the operation and evolution of our Salesforce platform. You will own and coordinate release activities, maintain and improve our GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to the overall administration, stability and operational health of our Salesforce environments.

Working closely with Salesforce developers, Tech Leads, Solution Architects, Product teams and other technology stakeholders, you will help ensure that changes are delivered safely, efficiently and consistently across environments.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Release Management

• Ownand coordinateSalesforce releases acrossenvironments, fromplanning and readinesschecks to production deploymentand post-release validation.

• Coordinaterelease calendars, dependenciesand activitieswithdevelopment, productand architecture teams.

• Manage deploymentissues, troubleshooting and rollback activitieswhenrequired.

• Follow Salesforce seasonalreleases, criticalupdates and deprecations, assesstheirimpact and coordinaterequiredtesting and remediation.

• Continuouslyimproverelease processes, standards and documentation.

Platform Administration & Health

• Actas akey Salesforce administratorand ensurethe overallhealth, stabilityand maintainability of the SForg.

• Monitor platform usage, limits, storage, licenses, scheduledjobs, integrationsand otherkey platform indicators.

• Manage environmentsand sandboxes, as well as users, permissions and access according to established governance and security principles.

• Identify configuration issues, technical debt and platform risks, and coordinate remediation actions.

• Support incident investigation and root-cause analysis for Salesforce-related issues.

DevOps & ContinuousImprovement

• Operate, maintain and evolve GitLab CI/CD pipelines supporting Salesforce delivery.

• Develop and maintain scripts and automation for build, validation, deployment and release activities.

• Troubleshootpipeline and deploymentissues and improveautomation reliability.

• Contributeto branching, merge request, versioning, qualitygatesand release strategies.

• Promote Salesforce and DevOps best practices and identifyopportunities to simplify, automate and securedelivery processes.

Experience& Salesforce

• Proven hands-on experiencewithSalesforce administration and release management in an enterpriseenvironment.

• Strong understandingof Salesforce configuration, security, metadata, sandboxesand deploymentmechanisms.

• ExperiencewithSalesforce CLI, Salesforce DX and source-drivendevelopmentpractices.

• Good understandingof Salesforce platform constraints, governorlimits, seasonalreleases and critical updates.

DevOps & GitLab

• Strong hands-on experiencewithGit, GitLaband GitLabCI/CD.

• Abilityto maintainand evolveCI/CD pipelines and deploymentautomation.

• Experiencewithbranchingstrategies, merge requests, versioning and automatedvalidation.

• Scripting skills(Shell or equivalent) for DevOps and deployment automation.

PersonalSkills

• Strong troubleshooting and analyticalcapabilitieswitha structuredapproachto production changes.

• Abilityto identifyrisks, coordinatetechnicaldependenciesand workacrossdevelopment, architecture, infrastructure and securityteams.

• Good communication skillsand abilityto document technicaland operationalprocessesclearly.

Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator is required.

• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is a plus.

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is a plus.

• Salesforce Platform Developer certification is an advantage.

• Additional Salesforce or DevOps-related certifications are appreciated.

Languages

• Fluent Portuguese and English are required.

• French would be an advantage.
