IT Support Engineer

We are hiring anInternal IT Support Engineer to keep our internal workplace tech running smoothly for everyone on the team. You'll be the person people turn to when a laptop won't cooperate, an account needs setting up, or access needs to change - and the one making sure our internal systems stay secure, documented, and well-organised behind the scenes.

This isn't a customer-facing IT role - it's about our own people and our own tools. You'll own the day-to-day reliability of workplace IT: devices, accounts, identity, permissions, and the internal systems everyone depends on.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting employees directly with IT equipment, accessories, and everyday tools - Office 365, Atlassian, SharePoint, email - and troubleshooting network, device, software, MFA/MDM and general office tech issues.
• Creating and modifying user accounts, and properly validating identity before any password reset.
• Managing access permissions across Azure AD/Entra, Office 365, Jira/Confluence and other internal systems.
• Running onboarding and offboarding end-to-end: setting up new starters with the right equipment and access, and making sure access is fully revoked the moment someone leaves.
• Provisioning laptops and hardware, keeping the asset inventory accurate, and validating returned equipment during offboarding.
• Managing our internal cloud tools (Azure AD, Office 365, Jira, Confluence, InfoSecIQ) and handling Jira Cloud admin work - projects, users, automations.
• Building and maintaining small automations (PowerAutomate, Jira automation) that make everyone's life a bit easier.
• Supporting ISMS activities - audits, policy updates, recurring compliance tasks - and keeping audit logs and password requirements properly enforced.

Who you'll work with:

You won't be doing this in isolation. You'll work closely with the Head of IT Infrastructure (who sets priorities and governance direction), the People team (who kick off onboarding/offboarding and handle physical access), employees' direct managers, the rest of the Internal IT team, InfoSec, DevOps - plus every single person at Ridango who needs a hand with their tech.

What we're looking for:

• Solid working knowledge of M365, Azure AD/Entra, Jira/Confluence, basic networking, and MFA/MDM.
• Genuinely good troubleshooting instincts, paired with clear, patient communication - you'll be explaining technical things to non-technical people regularly.
• High attention to detail, especially around onboarding, access handling, and documentation - mistakes here have real security implications.
• Someone who's comfortable owning a task from start to finish, whether that's a hardware rollout, an access change, or a small automation build.
