We are hiring a Planning Engineer for our real estate construction projects in Kanpur. The role involves project planning, scheduling, monitoring, MIS reporting, resource planning, and coordination to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Monitor project progress and track milestones.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, S-curves, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with Civil, MEP, Procurement, and Execution teams.
  • Manage resource planning and project controls.
  • Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and project closeout activities.

Requirements

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
  • 5-12 years of experience in planning for real estate/construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Advanced Excel.
  • Experience in residential, commercial, township, or high-rise projects.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
