Get in the driver's seat
As an NVH Engineer, you will play a key part in pushing the boundaries in vehicle refinement and performance.
Working across all aspects of vehicle NVH you will tackle complex engineering challenges, drive physics-based design decisions and develop innovative solutions ensuring NVH performance is achieved.

Where you’ll make an impact
- Influence architecture, layout, and component design to achieve NVH performance.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of NVH issues when they arise, with a focus on fundamental understanding.
- Drive the development of design guidelines, best practices, and engineering standards for the attribute.
- Plan and execute testing activities (component to full vehicle).
- Collaborate closely with powertrain, chassis, body, control & concept teams to ensure balanced system performance.
- Develop and apply simulation and analytical methods to predict and optimize acoustic and vibration behavior.
What are your core components
- Proven experience in NVH engineering within the automotive or related industry
- Understanding of acoustics, vibration & structural dynamics fundamentals.
- Experience in NVH testing, full vehicle & component level.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiar NVH data acquisition & Post processing.
- Proactive & structured analytical mindset.

Salary range starting at €37 500 gross per year. Your final compensation will be shaped by your experience, expertise and how your profile matches the scope of the role.
