Promotion Planner (Temporary contract)

In this role, you will drive category performance by planning and optimizing commercially effective promotions, analyzing their impact, and collaborating with suppliers to secure good terms.

If you have:

• Higher education in Economics, Business Management or another related field;

• At least 2 years of experience in retail, promotion planning, buying or category management (experience in fresh food categories - advantage);

• Good skills in negotiations, analytics, planning and time-management;

• Ability to work independently, very good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done;

• Ability to manage stressful situations and effectively solve problems;

• Ability to manage a high workload, prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines while maintaining focus and effectiveness;

• Proven experience working successfully in a fast paced high volume environment while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy;

• Very good MS Excel skills (experience working with SAP/BW - advantage);

• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

• Plan and execute promotions in assigned categories;

• Contribute to category management plan and promotion strategy;

• Analyze the performance of promotions against the set target;

• Negotiate with suppliers within assigned categories;

• Manage marketing service income according to the target;

• Keep up with the latest market trends in consumer preferences for the assigned categories; Proactively identify improvement possibilities within your area of responsibility.

Compensation: Salary for this position is 2900 - 3200 EUR gross per month. The salary will depend on the candidate’s competencies, experience, and skills relevant to the position.
