Integrations Engineer

Join Riskified, a leading eCommerce fraud prevention platform. As an Integrations Engineer, you will drive and integrate enterprise clients with our platform, providing end-to-end support during the onboarding process. You will serve as the technical expert and point of contact throughout the integration process, relaying client feedback and providing technical influence on product development. You will also partner with Sales and Account Management efforts and maintain and update public-facing SDKs, APIs, and technical integration guides.

• Collaborer avec les équipes de vente et de gestion des comptes pour soutenir les efforts de prévente et de post-vente, en tant qu'expert en la matière.

Profil recherché

- Excel in critical thinking and technical troubleshooting of multi layered, complex problem statements while maintaining excellent internal and external stakeholder relationships

- Experience in planning, leading and executing technical projects with Enterprise clients

- An incredibly strong “can do”, and continuous learning attitude. Riskified is growing fast and tackling unique problems that require quick thinking and adaptability

- Substantial experience in a client facing technical role, including face to face meetings and pre-sales activities with enterprise merchants

- 4-6+ years experience as an Integrations Engineer / Solution Engineer / Senior Technical Manager - collaborating with multiple business and technical teams of an organization, ideally in B2B SaaS

- Collaborative and inclusive team player with superb written and verbal communication skills

- Experience working with databases and querying languages (e.g. SQL)
