Senior Mendix Developer

Location: Poznań, Poland (hybrid work model - preferred office presence 1-2 times per month, remote work possible)

Contract Type: B2B

Rate: Up to PLN 140/hour (depending on experience)

About the Project

Join an international company in the logistics industry that delivers modern IT solutions supporting key business processes across multiple European countries. The IT department consists of more than 150 specialists developing innovative solutions in a collaborative environment focused on quality and continuous improvement.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mendix Developer who will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise-grade applications while collaborating with international business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Mendix platform.
• Build and optimize domain models, microflows, nanoflows, and user interfaces.
• Integrate applications with external systems, databases, and APIs (REST, SOAP, OData).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application security.
• Design workflows and develop solutions that streamline business processes.
• Develop custom widgets and components to extend the capabilities of the Mendix platform.
• Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, testers, and international stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in IT, including a minimum of 2-3 years of commercial experience with the Mendix platform.
• Strong knowledge of Mendix Studio Pro and Mendix Cloud services.
• Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
• Understanding of microservices architecture and basic UI/UX design principles.
• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Good command of both Polish and English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Mendix Advanced or Mendix Expert certification.
