Requirements
- Wieloletnie doświadczenie z Java, Spring Boot, microservices i systemami enterprise.
- Doświadczenie architektoniczne - Solution/Software Architect, Principal Engineer, Principal Consultant lub podobna rola.
- Praktyczna znajomość Python, szczególnie w kontekście AI/GenAI.
- Doświadczenie z LLM, RAG, AI agents oraz praktycznym wykorzystaniem GenAI w software engineering.
- Doświadczenie z dowolną chmurą publiczną (AWS/GCP/Azure). Azure nie jest wymagane na starcie - jest wykorzystywane w projekcie i będzie do nauczenia.
- Bardzo dobre rozumienie distributed systems, API, integration patterns, security, scalability i performance.
- Umiejętność podejmowania decyzji architektonicznych oraz komunikowania ich zarówno zespołom technicznym, jak i biznesowym.
- Doświadczenie w technical consulting, mentoringu i pracy z senior stakeholders.

- Doświadczenie w financial services / regulowanych środowiskach.
- Kubernetes, cloud-native architecture, observability.
- Doświadczenie z RAG pipelines, LLM evaluation, guardrails i AI governance.
- Praktyczne doświadczenie w AI-enabled SDLC.
