Work model: Hybrid - Warsaw or Kraków (1-2 office visits per week)

Rate: 155-165 PLN/hour (B2B)

About the Project

You will join a global banking project focused on developing and enhancing a platform that supports corporate lending processes for large enterprise clients. The team continuously delivers new business initiatives, expands existing modules, and implements solutions tailored to multiple international markets.

The platform has been running successfully in production for several years and is one of the bank's core business applications used worldwide.

With more than 20 extensive modules, the project offers the opportunity to solve complex business and technical challenges while collaborating with international teams and gaining deep knowledge of advanced financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance solutions aligned with the long-term product roadmap.
• Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to development standards.
• Estimate development effort, plan tasks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Support and mentor team members while actively sharing technical knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in backend or frontend development, with a solid understanding of the full technology stack.
• Strong knowledge of: Java 8/17, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Oracle PL/SQL oraz Liquibase
• Frontend experience with: Angular 19/20, Nx, Micro-frontend architecture, Jest, NgRx
• Experience with CI/CD tools andprocesses, including Bitbucket, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and the ELK Stack.
• Strong teamwork and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
