- Handle daily accounting transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and account reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain supporting documents for accounting transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Perform any other accounting-related tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in Real Estate / Real Estate Development is a plus.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Cairo resident.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good experience working with ERP systems and Odoo
