Join Riverlane, a company dedicated to making quantum computing useful sooner. As the Technical Lead for our new software-based quantum error correction stack, DF-AMO, you will own the technical development of this product, working closely with engineering, research, product, and customer teams. You will evaluate technical trade-offs, mentor and develop a growing team of engineers, and help shape the technical roadmap and future product direction.
Missions
- Technical development of the software-based quantum error correction stack, DF-AMO, ensuring scalability and flexibility.
- Collaboration with engineering, research, product, and customer teams to turn industry-leading decoding technology into a production-ready system.
- Mentoring and developing a growing team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and delivery.
Profil recherché
- GPU-accelerated computing- Experience delivering complex software products from concept through to deployment and customer adoption
- Experience line managing other engineers
- Excellent software skills, particularly in C++, with Python experience also being beneficial
- Performant multi-process software
- Modern compiler infrastructures
- Expert-level understanding in at least one of the following areas:
- Comfortable learning quantum error correction fundamentals to enable close collaboration with our QEC research teams
- Proven experience in leading small to medium technical efforts (5+ people)
- Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with a diverse team
