Unsere Expertise liegt im Digitalen Maschinenbau und wir beschäftigen uns insbesondere mit der digitalen Auslegung und Herstellung automatisierter Zuführlösungen. In 2021 erfolgte der Anschluss des Startups an den Weltmarktführer in der Zuführtechnik, der Rhein-Nadel-Automation GmbH. Unser Fokus liegt zu 100% auf der Softwareentwicklung. Unsere Software-Teams verteilen sich auf die Standorte München und Aachen. In München entwickeln wir unsere Dienste für Künstliche Intelligenz und Simulation. In Aachen nutzen wir die Nähe zum Shop Floor für Sonder-Digitalisierungsprojekte und Shop Floor-bezogene Software.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Entwicklungsteams am Standort Aachen suchen wir einen erfahrenen Fullstack Software Engineer (m/w/d). Die Arbeit erfolgt größtenteils mobil, jedoch ist eine regelmäßige Anwesenheit im Office in Aachen vorgesehen (ca. 1 bis 2 Mal pro Woche).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung: Du treibst zusammen mit dem Team den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung interner Apps zur Prozessdigitalisierung und -automatisierung voran. Die React-basierten Apps kommunizieren über REST mit verschiedenen Django-Backends/-Microservices. Die containerbasierte Architektur umfasst auch KI-/ML-Module sowie automatisierte Physik-Simulationen.
  • Aufgabenspektrum: Du wirkst von der Anforderungsaufnahme über die Implementierung bis zur Auslieferung mit.
  • Schnittstellen: Du arbeitest in einem dynamischen Umfeld und stehst im engen Kontakt mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen, um Nutzeranforderungen zu verstehen und umzusetzen.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem MINT-Fach oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung: Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung/Webentwicklung.
  • Soft-skills: Dich zeichnen deine Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen aus.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du verfügst über eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du kannst dich fließend auf Deutsch (mind. C1) und Englisch verständigen.
Für die Aufgabe sind folgende Toolkenntnisse notwendig:

- Fundierte Kenntnisse in:

  • Python/Django (oder andere ORM-Tools oder fundierte SQL-Erfahrung)
  • Javascript/React (oder ähnliche Frontend-Frameworks)
-Wünschenswert:
  • Docker
  • ERP-Kenntnisse
