Foster ROBINSON's Safety Culture: Maintain a safe work environment through leadership, training, and accountability.

Drive continuous improvement: Identify and implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.

About You:

5+ years of leadership experience in a wholesale, distribution, or related industry environment.

Proven experience leading teams and managing branch or wholesale operations.

Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and engage employees while promoting accountability and high performance.

Strong financial acumen, including experience managing P&L performance, budgets, and financial statements.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

A practical, proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Post-secondary education in Business Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This role is an opportunity to:

Take the next step in your leadership career and broaden your scope of responsibility.

Strengthen your financial, operational, and people leadership capabilities.

Partner closely with regional leadership to influence branch strategy and performance.

Build a high-performing, engaged, and accountable team.
