Задачи, которые будут в ваших руках:
- Разработка и внедрение кредитной политики и стратегии управления портфелем для PDL продукта.
- Руководство командой риска, работающей на проекте
- Построение системы риск-отчетности и мониторинга качества портфеля с нуля.
- Разработка, внедрение и оптимизация скоринговых карт и моделей принятия решений.
- Настройка антифрод-стратегий и выбор провайдеров данных.
- Участие в управлении P&L продукта через оптимизацию уровней одобрения и потерь, ответственность за LTV продукта
- Взаимодействие с операционным офисом в Кейптауне для калибровки процессов взыскания и верификации.
Что для этого нужно:
- Опыт работы в риск-менеджменте (PDL / Installment / Consumer Finance) от 5 лет.
- Понимание специфики данных, бюро кредитных историй и поведения местных заемщиков.
- Глубокое знание SQL, Python (базовый уровень для анализа данных) и инструментов построения рисковой отчетности.
- Опыт построения скоринговых моделей (логистическая регрессия, деревья решений и т.д.).
- Готовность работать в режиме стартапа и самостоятельно выполнять операционные задачи.
