Technical Project Manager

At roboticket, we provide ticketing technology to sports clubs and leagues around the world. We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager dedicated to our strategic clients across Europe, building close, long-term relationships and helping them turn business needs and technical requirements into successful projects.

You’ll be a key point of contact for these clubs, staying close to their teams, understanding their priorities and supporting their ongoing development. You’ll guide them through implementations, integrations and projects they lead themselves, working alongside our product and development teams. This requires a supportive approach and the confidence to challenge requests constructively, recommend practical solutions and agree on realistic expectations and clear responsibilities.

You’ll join a small, agile team with the freedom to organise your work, take initiative and make a visible impact. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, understands technology and wants to play an important role in our most strategic partnerships.

Zakres obowiązków

• Build and maintain close relationships with clubs across Europe through regular communication, workshops and on-site visits when needed.
• Understand each club’s operations, goals and technical needs, translating them into clear requirements for our product and development teams.
• Guide clubs step by step through projects they run, providing practical support with planning, technical decisions and delivery while keeping responsibilities clear on both sides.
• Manage ticketing implementations, integrations and platform improvements from initial discussions through launch.
• Coordinate work between club teams, roboticket developers and external technology partners.
• Agree on realistic scope, priorities and timelines, helping clubs understand trade-offs and the impact of additional requests.
• Track progress, identify risks and resolve blockers proactively, keeping everyone informed about decisions and next steps.
• Support clubs during onboarding and the introduction of new features, helping their teams use the platform effectively.
• Bring feedback and recurring needs from clubs into our product discussions to help improve the platform.

Wymagania

• Experience in client-facing project management within SaaS, software or digital services.
• Ability to work closely with clubs, understand their business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
• Practical understanding of APIs, system integrations and data flows, with the confidence to communicate with developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong relationship management skills, including setting clear expectations, agreeing responsibilities and challenging requests constructively.
• Ability to balance client needs with project scope, development capacity and product priorities.
• An independent, proactive approach: you set priorities, identify problems and propose solutions without waiting for detailed instructions.
• Strong organisational skills and the flexibility to manage several projects in a small, agile team.
• Fluent English and either French or Dutch are required. Polish is welcome but not mandatory.
• Experience in sports, ticketing or club operations would be an advantage.
