## About the Role
This role focuses on building software tools used daily by autonomous driving engineering and testing teams, including in-vehicle interfaces, cloud-based replay systems, debugging tools, and workflow management platforms. The position is responsible for improving engineering productivity and usability through intuitive and efficient product experiences.
## Responsibilities
- Define product requirements, priorities, and roadmap for autonomous driving engineering tools.
- Improve workflows related to data replay, system inspection, issue investigation, and release validation.
- Identify workflow pain points through close collaboration with engineering and testing teams.
- Work with engineering and design teams to simplify complex technical processes into intuitive product experiences.
- Continuously iterate products based on user feedback and operational usage.

Preferred Experiences
## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in autonomous driving, robotics, automotive software, simulation, data replay, or observability tools.
- Experience with frontend workbenches, debugging platforms, data visualization, or engineering productivity tools.
- Ability to understand highly complex engineering workflows including development, testing, and issue diagnosis.
- Business-level English communication skills.

Annual Salary: JPY 5,500,000 - 8,500,000 (depending on experience and skills)
