We're seeking a Founding GTM to drive growth to make us go from 1 to 100. This role is perfect for someone who combines technical excellence with entrepreneurial instincts to maximize revenue through experimentation.

In this role you will...

• Design and implement growth experiments across our entire product funnel from acquisition to activation

• Build cross-product features like billing systems, onboarding flows, and signup optimization tools

• Develop growth strategies and measurement frameworks to guide experimentation and evaluate success

• Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and user behavior insights

• Create tools and systems that enable better user onboarding and engagement across products

• Growth initiatives that span marketing, product, and engineering

You will be a perfect fit if you...

• Have engineering experience with comfort across the entire tech stack
• Have b2b sales or consulting experience with significant past impact
• Are entrepreneurially minded and can work independently to identify and solve growth opportunities
• Have product and design intuition to create user-facing features that drive engagement

You will be an exceptional fit if you also...

• Have founder or startup experience and understand the full business context
• Are skilled at data analysis and can craft hypotheses, measure significance, and interpret results
• Have GTM experience
• Are curious and scrappy with a willingness to learn as needed
