SDET

We are seeking an SDET Lead to define the testing strategy, lead a team of SDETs, and ensure engineering quality across products.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Leadership and Strategy:

• Define and own the overall test automation strategy
• Lead and mentor a team of SDETs and QA engineers.
• Drive adoption of quality metrics and continuous testing culture. Engineering Quality
• Establish frameworks, tools, and practices for automated and performance testing.
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines enforce quality gates.
• Track and report metrics such as test coverage, defect density, and regression rate.

Collaboration

• Partner with engineering and product leadership to align on release quality.
• Coordinate with support and incident response teams for production issues.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of SDET/QA experience.
• Strong coding skills (Java, Javascript/Typescript, Python).
• Proven record of designing automation frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Skills:

• UAT SDET 3 - Strong UI automation person, good communication (preferred).
• SDET3/SDET Lead: for the Integrations team, strong API testing and automation.
• QA Lead; UAT + Exploratory testing specialist + Automation secondary.

Nice to Have:

• Experience scaling QA/SDET teams (for lead candidates).
• Exposure to fintech, ride-hailing, or consumer platforms.
