SDET (QA)

We are looking for an experienced SDET Lead with 3-5.11 years of experience in Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET) or quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python, hands-on experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks, and the ability to drive engineering quality across products. Prior leadership experience is required for the lead role.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the overall test automation strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SDETs and QA Engineers.
• Design and implement scalable automation and performance testing frameworks.
• Drive a culture of continuous testing and quality engineering.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and enforce quality gates.
• Track and report key quality metrics such as test coverage, defect density, and regression rates.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, support, and incident response teams to ensure high-quality product releases.

Requirements:

• 3-5.11 years of experience in SDET/QA automation.
• Leadership experience (mandatory for the lead role).
• Strong coding skills in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience scaling QA/SDET teams.
• Exposure to FinTech, ride-hailing, or consumer-facing platforms.
