Responsibilities:

  • Material Master Data Management - create, maintain and update material codes, ensure correct descriptions, UoM, material groups and other SAP fields, prevent duplicates.

  • PR Processing and PO Creation & Administration - create and process PRs and POs, maintain changes, ensure correct supplier, pricing, quantities and delivery information.

  • SAP/Ariba Data Quality & Governance - maintain data standards, identify and correct errors, ensure master data integrity.

  • Procurement Transactional Support - coordinate with Procurement, SCM, Finance, Engineering, Production and other functions on transactional requirements.

  • Process Compliance & Controls, Reporting - monitor transaction volumes, processing times and data quality.

  • Continuous Improvement - identify opportunities to simplify and automate transactional processes.

Requirements:
  • University degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, IT or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in procurement operations, master data, SAP/ERP or supply chain administration.
  • Practical SAP experience; SAP Ariba knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong Excel/data management skills, attention to detail and process orientation.
  • English and Kazakh required; Russian is an advantage.
