Supply Chain Graduate Trainee (Kyzylorda region)

About the Program

Roca Kazakhstan is looking for motivated graduates who are eager to start their career in Supply Chain. During this 3-4 month traineeship, you will gain practical experience across logistics, customer service, warehouse operations and supply chain processes while working alongside experienced professionals in an international manufacturing company.

This program is designed to provide hands-on experience, professional development and exposure to real business operations, with the opportunity to be considered for future career opportunities within the Company based on performance.

Key Responsibilties

• Support day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation planning, shipment coordination and delivery tracking.

• Assist with warehouse operations, inventory monitoring and stock availability reporting.

• Prepare and maintain logistics, transportation, customs and commercial documentation.

• Support customer order processing and coordinate deliveries with internal departments and logistics providers.

• Assist in maintaining master data and operational records in SAP.

• Support logistics cost analysis, reporting and operational data management.

• Coordinate document flow, invoices and administrative processes with Finance and other departments.

• Participate in supply chain improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Supply Chain team.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree obtained in 2025 or 2026 in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering or another related field.

• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher (mandatory).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
