This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead based in the United States.
This is a hands-on leadership role serving as the connective tissue across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Finance. You will own the systems, data, processes, and technology that make the commercial organization faster, more disciplined, and more predictable. The role combines CRM administration, pipeline reporting, forecasting, deal operations, sales enablement, analytics, and workflow optimization. You will manage critical commercial tools including HubSpot, Airtable, Gong, and business intelligence platforms while ensuring teams operate from accurate, reliable data. You will also help build an increasingly AI-enabled RevOps function, using modern AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate analysis. This is an opportunity to shape scalable revenue operations in a growing healthcare technology environment while working cross-functionally with commercial and finance leadership.
Accountabilities:
- Own the day-to-day administration of HubSpot and Airtable, including object configuration, field management, permissions, workflows, reporting, integrations, and ongoing system improvements.
- Maintain high-quality CRM data by deduplicating records, enforcing required fields, improving account, contact, and opportunity structures, and implementing automations that preserve data integrity as the organization scales.
- Manage integrations across HubSpot, Airtable, Gong, and other go-to-market tools to create a reliable commercial source of truth and consistent user experience.
- Own relationships with commercial technology vendors, including renewals, contract terms, support escalations, integration roadmaps, and ongoing vendor management.
- Evaluate new tools as commercial needs evolve and lead implementation, rollout, training, and adoption of new or upgraded technology.
- Build and maintain pipeline, funnel, and forecasting reports used by Commercial leadership for weekly operating cadences and quarterly planning.
- Partner with commercial leaders on forecast tracking and pipeline coverage, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities before they become visible in headline results.
- Develop a dependable attribution framework connecting sales and marketing activities to pipeline generation, conversion, and commercial outcomes.
- Partner with Finance to align pipeline, forecast, bookings, and revenue reporting so commercial and financial leadership work from consistent and trusted numbers.
- Document and continuously improve the sales process, including stage definitions, exit criteria, workflows, SOPs, and playbooks that help opportunities progress predictably.
- Build scalable processes and handoffs across the full revenue lifecycle, from Marketing to Sales and from Sales to Implementation.
- Optimize deal operations including pricing approvals, contract routing, order form generation, discounting, and contract-term workflows in partnership with Finance.
- Coordinate sales enablement with Marketing, ensuring commercial teams have the playbooks, collateral, training, and tools required to sell effectively.
- Establish feedback loops between Sales and Marketing to identify gaps in enablement and help prioritize future resources and initiatives.
- Use Gong and other conversation intelligence tools to surface call insights, identify coaching opportunities, and provide data-driven observations to sales leadership.
- Conduct ad-hoc commercial analyses such as deal scoring, win/loss analysis, campaign performance, rep productivity, and other strategic questions from Sales and Marketing leadership.
- Turn recurring analytical questions into clean, repeatable reporting and self-service dashboards that reduce manual work over time.
- Use Claude and similar AI tools as part of the daily RevOps toolkit for data analysis, workflow development, documentation, automation, and rapid ad-hoc analysis.
- Identify opportunities to introduce AI-assisted or AI-administered workflows across RevOps while establishing appropriate guardrails to ensure reliability, accuracy, and consistency.
- 3-5+ years of Revenue Operations experience, preferably within B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or another technology-driven commercial environment.
- Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, including workflows, custom properties, reporting, integrations, and CRM configuration. HubSpot certification is a plus.
- Experience working in flexible or non-traditional CRM environments, with Airtable experience strongly preferred; familiarity with Notion databases, Smartsheet, or custom-built systems is also valuable.
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel capabilities, pivot tables, lookups, data interpretation, and sound judgment about when an analysis requires a quick answer versus a more rigorous approach.
- Experience with Gong or another conversation intelligence platform and the ability to turn conversation data into actionable commercial insights.
- Strong proficiency with Claude or similar AI tools, including using AI to analyze data across systems, create or improve workflows, accelerate research, and support everyday analytical tasks.
- SQL proficiency and experience working with business intelligence platforms such as Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Mode, or comparable tools.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills, with the ability to make complex processes clear and usable for people who were not involved in creating them.
- Strong operational ownership and attention to detail, with a proactive instinct for identifying inaccurate data, broken workflows, misleading reports, and inefficient processes and fixing them.
- Ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Finance, and other functions while balancing competing priorities and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills, commercial judgment, and a bias toward action and continuous process improvement.
- Experience supporting commercial teams in healthcare, healthtech, or another regulated industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with revenue forecasting methodologies such as weighted pipeline, commit/best case, and top-down versus bottom-up reconciliation is advantageous.
- Experience establishing or scaling a RevOps function within an early-stage company is a strong plus.
- This is a fully remote role for candidates based in the United States.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Base salary range of $110,000-$130,000 USD, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs.
- Fully remote work arrangement within the United States.
- Opportunity to own and shape the revenue operations infrastructure supporting a growing commercial organization.
- Hands-on exposure to a modern commercial technology stack, including HubSpot, Airtable, Gong, BI tools, and AI-powered workflows.
- Opportunity to build and scale AI-enabled RevOps processes and establish repeatable systems across the revenue lifecycle.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Finance, and commercial leadership.
- Opportunity to influence forecasting, pipeline management, sales processes, enablement, attribution, and broader commercial strategy.
- Professional growth through ownership of high-impact operational initiatives in a growing healthcare technology environment.
