The Position
The primary purpose of the Event Partner is to provide administrative support to the disease area teams in terms of event management and ensure the administrative support in terms of logistics of employees in the affiliate. Handling national and international events and acting in line with Standard Operating Models of the Roche.
Main Responsibilities:
Your Role:
Organization and Event Management
Communicate between team members about evolving requirements and planning.
Ensure event follow up and coordination with different stakeholders .
Organize and coordinate international and national events logistics
Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on each event
Administrative support to team members of affiliate chapters,
Collaboration with finance and procurement team for purchase requisition creation
Ensure HCP creation in the system
Ensure good record management of all the promotional and non promotional activities
Follow up on activities closure and archiving
Ensure team’s business travel accommodation
Ensure contracts are executed until service delivery and partners payment
Ensure the collection of documents to be submitted for signature by the authorized signatories such as agreements,
Organizing and managing files and supporting the employees with all organizational tasks.
Ensure the logistic part related to all internal and external events and meetings

Qualifications:
University degree is a plus.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same filed in Pharmaceutical industry will be an asset

Ability to work under pressure. Sense of urgency. Multiple tasking.
Strong master of software applications (excel, word and PowerPoint )
Written and spoken French and English
