The Position

As Finance Excellence Partner (FxP) you collaborate with Commercial Finance colleagues across Diagnostics and beyond geographical boundaries in a networked team, to streamline finance operations by simplifying, standardizing, automating, and utilising insights for enhanced decision making. You also collaborate closely with local Finance Enterprise Partners, finance colleagues across the global Roche finance network and local commercial business partners. You contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation as well as drive automation and digitalization across finance.

Your key responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Being the liaison to various stakeholders across the global Roche finance network (e.g. local Finance Enterprise Partners, Roche Shared Service Center, Finance Excellence Partner chapter) on several major finance processes (Month End Closing, Budget, Forecasting, Performance Tracking).
  • Leveraging technology and automation to drive digitalization as well as exploring and applying new technologies and tools in the fields of automation and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Ownership of reporting solutions (sales, P&L, Headcount, Balance sheet) and providing key insights to local commercial affiliate on major KPIs.
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for efficiency gains, promoting continuous improvement through standardised processes and tools in order to be brilliant at the basics.
  • Collaborating closely with Finance Enterprise Partners and internal commercial stakeholders to enable increased customer experience and business impact along the customer journey.
  • Acting as an enabler for the adaption of the new ways of working by shifting from affiliate focused finance operations towards an above country-cluster level

Your profile

Vos missions principales

Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous serez amené/e à :

  • Collaborer activement avec le réseau financier mondial de Roche, incluant les partenaires financiers au niveau local, les centres de services partagés et les communautés d’expertise, sur des processus financiers clés : clôtures mensuelles, élaboration budgétaire, prévisions, et suivi de la performance.
  • Exploiter les technologies et encourager l’automatisation (robotisation, intelligence artificielle, outils d’analyse avancée) pour accélérer la digitalisation des activités.
  • Piloter et optimiser les outils de reporting (ventes, P&L, effectifs, bilan) afin de fournir des analyses pertinentes aux équipes commerciales au sein de la filiale et aux parties prenantes.
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des opportunités d’amélioration continue, en favorisant les processus standardisés et l’efficience des opérations.
  • Favoriser une collaboration étroite avec les équipes commerciales et les partenaires financiers pour améliorer l’impact business et l’expérience client.
  • Être un moteur du changement, en accompagnant les équipes dans l’adoption de nouvelles méthodes de travail et en contribuant à une culture agile.

Votre profil

  • Expérience avérée dans des environnements financiers complexes et internationaux, avec une capacité à évoluer dans un écosystème connecté, multiculturel et transversal.
  • Excellente compréhension des processus financiers clés (clôtures, budgets, prévisions, reporting, etc.) et des principes comptables.
  • Leadership d’influence - capacité à challenger le statu quo et à embarquer les parties prenantes dans des dynamiques de transformation.
  • Forte capacité d’analyse, esprit critique, orientation solutions.
  • Aisance dans l’usage de technologies d’automatisation, de visualisation de données et d’outils digitaux.
  • Approche inclusive, collaborative et orientée résultats.
  • La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (écrit et oral).
