The Position

Role Overview

As an Intern within the Integrated Support Team, you will maintain and support daily operations by applying wide process knowledge and engaging in cross-functional collaboration. You will serve as the first point of contact for internal customers, providing a high level of customer service support to Roche affiliates in relation to the SAP S4/Hana ERP system. By maintaining close collaboration with second-level support and other teams, and following the guidance of the Cluster Section Lead, you will ensure efficient and timely service delivery.

The Opportunity

• Provide timely support, guidance, and a high level of customer service to internal customers regarding incoming queries about the ERP system to ensure rapid resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Act as the entry-level and first point of contact for end users, delivering end-to-end support in strict alignment with our global framework.

• Provide comprehensive end-user support via hotline and ensure seamless business continuity in written formats, including ticketing and chat.

• Stay curious, open-minded, and always willing to learn more as you navigate daily challenges.

What You Can Bring to Our Team

• You are currently pursuing ongoing university studies

• You have an excellent command of English and Mandarin with outstanding communication skills; Japanese language proficiency is a plus.

• You possess a customer-oriented mindset and are creative, enthusiastic, proactive, and open to taking on new tasks.

• You are organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to easily transition between multiple tasks and problem-solve thoughtfully.

• You are a strong team player equipped with the ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment and across multi-cultural regions as part of a global team.

• You are eager to learn and develop, remaining open to further career opportunities within Roche.

• You ideally bring experience from a shared service environment, preferably within a customer service area (this is an advantage, but not strictly required).
