The Position

At Roche, we believe in fostering a culture of innovation, continuous growth, and collaborative impact across our global Legal & Compliance function. As our L&C Strategic Programs & Delivery Lead, you will play an integral role in driving our transformation initiatives, connecting priorities across the organization, and building future-ready capabilities. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy & Operations, you will lead a dynamic team to turn strategic vision into measurable operational reality.

The Opportunity

• Lead the execution of strategic change projects and transformation portfolios to advance core Legal & Compliance initiatives.

• Coordinate annual strategic planning cycles and align executive priorities for the Legal & Compliance Leadership Team.

• Track cross-functional performance metrics and translate key indicators into clear reporting for senior leadership.

• Manage global learning frameworks and upskilling programs to build future-ready capabilities across the organization.

• Facilitate strategic change management, communications, and network events to drive a cohesive global culture.

• Manage project pipelines and partner with global support hubs and external consultants to ensure timely delivery.

• Lead and mentor a direct team while overseeing administrative workflows and logistics for executive events.

Who You Are

• You bring 5-8 years of experience in strategic management, corporate operations, consulting, or project portfolio management.

• You are an experienced leader adept at managing, mentoring, and empowering multidisciplinary teams.

• You possess strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives on time.

• You excel at building cross-functional relationships across HR, Finance, IT, and operational support hubs.

• You bring high digital fluency, clear executive presence, and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
