The Position
Job Summary职位概述:
Develop product related medical strategies and oversight for the different BAs
开发产品相关的医学战略, 负责监管不同的业务部门
Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
1. Work on mid- and long- term medical strategies and, after aligning with BA, implement them on yearly basis.
制定中长期医学战略，和事业部合作伙伴达成一致后，进行年度实施。
2. Coordinate IIS (investigator initiated studies) by close collaboration with investigators, medical and scientific information team and BAs; Support Roche sponsored phase IV clinical studies in the China.
通过与研究者，医学及科学信息部门和BA的密切合作，协调研究者发起的研究。支持罗氏主导的在中国的产品上市后第四阶段的临床研究项目。
3. Work with BA effectively to identify medical and scientific knowledge gaps and provide corresponding disease area medical messages.
和事业部合作伙伴一起确定医学/科学认知的差距，提供负责疾病领域相关医学关键信息。
4. Review and ensure corresponding disease area medical contents are accurate, fair, balance, evidence-based and compliance with local regulations.
对负责领域的医学内容进行审阅，保证其内容准确，公正，平衡，有理论依据，并符合当地法律法规要求。
5. Establish and maintain close working relationship with KOLs of corresponding disease areas
与负责疾病领域内的KOLs建立并维持良好的工作关系。
6. Organize medical events (congress etc.) and ensure all activities align with compliance and Dia Symphony requirements and support responsible disease area phase IV local studies.
组织各类医学相关活动（学术会议等），保证所有活动均符合合规及Dia Symphony的要求，并支持负责疾病领域的上市后临床研究。
7. Make internal medical information training materials for corresponding disease areas and train both medical and BA colleagues at different Roche events.
安排所负责疾病领域的医学信息的内部培训材料并在不同罗氏活动中对医学和BA同事做培训。
8. Review HCP PPTs and Roche promotion and internal training materials.
审查HCP幻灯片和罗氏推广及内部培训材料。
9. Communicate with BA on issues related to publication in corresponding disease areas
与BA沟通HCP在相关疾病领域发表论文的相关事宜。
10. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
主管指派的其他任务
11. Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

12. Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)

Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:
Education&Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
MD, PhD or PharmD and working experience in relevant disease areas
医学，科学或药学博士及相关疾病领域的工作经验
Experience工作经验:
1. 3-5 years of diverse healthcare experience in Medical, Clinical or Marketing.
3-5年在健康医护行业（医药、诊断、市场）工作的经验
2. Able to work as a member of a cross functional team.
拥有在部门中担任协调人物的能力.
3. Able to focus on developing and delivering key messages.
拥有开发和发布重要信息的能力.
4. Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
熟练掌握英语口语及书面表达.
5. In addition to the educational qualification, he/she shall have good track record for working in a MNC company for three years or above.
除了专业学历外，他/她必须有在跨国公司工作三年以上经验.
6. Experience in related disease area is highly appreciated but not necessary.
