The Position
Job Summary:
Sales Data Support: Provide timely and effective sales data support to the sales team or department; Opportunity & Order Tracking: Assist the sales team in managing and tracking instruments through the entire lifecycle-from sales opportunities to sales orders, through to final delivery to end-Customer; Regional Budget & Operations Management: Assist the regional head in managing CIB, FOC , expenses, and other related operational budgets; Meetings & Promotional Event Support: Assist in coordinating internal regional meetings and providing operational support for external promotional activities; Distributor Management: Support the sales team in distributor management and related operational tasks; Cross-functional Collaboration & Documentation: Assist the sales team in cross-departmental communication and coordination, as well as related document preparation and support.
The Opportunity:
- Provide timely and effective data support to sales team to accomplish yearly target
- Assist the sales team in managing and tracking instruments through the entire lifecycle-from sales opportunities to sales orders, through to final delivery to end-Customer.
- Assist the regional head in managing CIB, FOC , expenses, and other related operational budgets
- Manage business sales data for routine reports and management report
- Assist in coordinating internal regional meetings and providing operational support for external promotional activities
- Support the sales team in distributor management and related operational tasks
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Documentation: Assist the sales team in cross-departmental communication and coordination, as well as related document preparation and support.
Who you are:
- Bachelor Degree in Appropriate discipline
- Good command of English in both spoken and written
- Good command of MS office software application
- Product & Application Expertise
- At least 2-5 years’ experience in similar industry
