The Position

Work location: Seoul, South Korea
Your key responsibilities
- OTC (Order-to-Cash) & Core Order Management (Main Area): Lead and manage the overall OTC business processes as a primary responsibility to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Handle complex orders including Back-to-Back and PPX orders and manage distributor allocations during supply bottlenecks or PIPO transitions.
- Instrument Life Cycle Management (Main Area): Drive End-to-End (E2E) Instrument Life Cycle Management (ILM). Execute instrument ordering and importation processes seamlessly from inbound to outbound.
- Supply & Demand Planning (Rotation Area): Manage supply planning parameters and monitor inventory levels to balance supply with demand. Lead regular S&OP meetings with Sales and Marketing to review forecasts and mitigate risks such as stock-outs or excess inventory.
- 3PL & Outsourcing Management: Manage and oversee the simple order tasks that have been outsourced to 3PL (ZPK). Monitor whether ZPK manages all items accurately in order to provide the best logistics service to customers.
- Inventory, Data & Procurement Management: Execute and monitor purchase orders (PO) from domestic and international sources and perform goods receipt in SAP. Conduct stocktaking with 3PL and prepare audit data. Maintain accurate master data in the ERP system and monitor inventory health.
- System Enhancement & Reporting: Act as SAP SD & Webshop Key User for UAT and system development testing. Prepare regular reports on supply chain KPIs, including forecast accuracy and order analysis.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Compliance: Partner with regional hubs and local commercial teams to align on supply chain priorities. Submit reporting for Waste allotment and Recycling to the Korea Environment Corporation within the due date of each report.
Who you are
Education & Qualification
- A Bachelor or Master Degrees in Logistics or Logistics related subjects
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Good command of MS office software application
- Familiar with SAP system in MM and SD modules
Experience & Competencies
- 3 - 6 years’ experience in supply chain operations & distribution.
- SAP experience in operation at least 1 years
- MS operation / Presentation skill
- Planning, Organizing & Commitment
- Customer Oriented & Relationship Management
- Communication Skill
