Export Sales Coordinator

Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Coordinate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure product availability.
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Requirements
Up to 1 year of experience in export sales coordination, international sales support, or a similar administrative role.
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Fluent in English
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
