Senior Frontend Engineer

Senior individual contributor role at a well-funded, fast-growing startup with a clear mission and strong early traction. You'll have real ownership over product direction and architecture, working closely with a small, high-calibre team. Based on-site in Zürich. Equity and competitive compensation expected.

Requirements

Extensive hands-on experience with TypeScript and React are essential for this role

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in frontend engineering, with a proven track record of owning and leading projects end-to-end

Experience in working in startups/scaleups is essential

Comfortable working across the full stack when needed (APIs, backend endpoints, cloud services) to ship complete features

Strong technical leadership skills - able to design scalable architectures and mentor teammates

Responsibilities

Own the architecture and implementation of core frontend systems and user interfaces, from technical design through to rollout

Build robust, accessible React/TypeScript applications that integrate seamlessly with backend services and data infrastructure

Provide technical leadership - contribute to scalable architecture decisions and level up teammates through mentorship

Work cross-functionally with product, design, and customer-facing teams to ensure features align with user needs and business objectives
