Job Description
Internships within Lifecycle Services (LCS) provide unique opportunities to develop your engineering, analytical, and customer centric skills.
As a Continuous Improvement Intern you will...
- Create the Monthly Managed & Support Services (MMS) Contract List - referenced by Infrastructure Support & Maintenance (ISM), Cyber Professional Service (CPS), Customer Support & Maintenance (CSM) and Portfolio (close to 200 people)
- Perform Monthly Business Partner ID List updates - drives customer access to the support line Globally and serves all Managed Support Services customers
- Help create and publish work Instructions for the team. (Best practices and unwritten knowledge)
- Track 30-60-90-day expired contracts to create cost and resource savings
- Statement of Work / Proposal Review for alignment with contract entitlements to ensure we are only servicing what is in the contract.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Active enrollment in a four year or advanced degree program at an accredited university
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Pursuing a 4 year degree in engineering at an accredited university
- Met us through an event or interned with us in the past
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Demonstrated desire to deliver high-quality customer service
- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license
- Demonstrated experience approaching challenges with innovative solutions
- A willingness to relocate
