Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
Work with the Production & Inventory Control Managers to thoroughly understand and advise on managing short term/long termcapacities to minimizethe cause for past due orders and/orovertime.
ExecuteRough Cut Capacity Planning at the work centerlevel and across business units. Prepare manufacturing plan of orders to be executedin the month and quarter, in alignment withplant's capacity, manufacturing estimated hours and material availability.
Monitor inputs utilizedfor capacity planning (efficiency, utilization, absenteeism) to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with S&OP team regarding load, capacity and revenue target alignmentand monitor Frontlog to Backlog conversion to ensure load alignmentversus S&OP plan.
Executedate management of pull-in and push-out according to requirements.
Work with Buyer/Planners to help balance and coordinate manufacturing orders based on material and capacity availability. Communicate regarding material availability updates, order dispatch execution and production output.
Communicate with Customer Care and PMO organizationregarding order priority management and execution.
Work with Plant Finance to understand the impact master scheduling hason plant financial performance.
Executehealth checks to maintain SAP system accuracy and driveaccountability on system management with plants.
Track KPIsand suggest and implement plant-specific improvement activities. Monitor actual performance against the MPS and production plan and provide a summary of operational results for management.
Work with Supply Chain partners to driveholistic continuous improvement through collaboration resulting in increased customer loyalty, reduced inventory entitlement, and improved productivity.

The Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent.
3+ years of experiencein manufacturing scheduling and analyzingdata relating to product ETO production planning.
SAP experience.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
APICS - CPIM certification.
Collaborate effectivelyacross multiple disciplines with internal and external resources.
Plan, organize, and perform assigned tasks promptly.
Global business proficiency and understanding.
Interact effectively withglobal team members and work as a team player.
