Your role
Coordinates the preparation of production and engineering job documentation, component allocations and ERP transactions for the Cleanroom Department while adhering to clean room processes and procedures along with Safety and Quality manufacturing requirements.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with Team Leads, Supervisors and Management to understand departmental needs.
- Supports Engineering and Project Management for development and production orders.
- Coordinates with the warehouse to support customer orders and shipments.
- Coordinates with Receiving Inspection to support customer orders.
- Performs labor and work order transactions using ERP System
- Utilizes the ERP System to produce production job packets for all Cleanroom functions.
- Performs material allocations (“kitting”) required for clean room based on production and development schedule.
- Utiliize and execute jobs based ERP scheduling system.
- Collaborates with other departments to identify sub-components needed to support manufacturing requirements.
- Maintain detailed records as described in SOPs and other job specific procedures.
- Adheres to GMP and supports documents to include in the Device History Records.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, cleanroom preferred.
- Prior Plastics Injection Molding experience preferred.
- Knowledge or ERP system required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in medical device industry or other highly regulated industry preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift weight of 30 lbs.
- Ability to perform work wearing cleanroom attire including gloves and face mask.
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing environment requiring appropriate PPE.
- Manufacturing in ISO Class 8 cleanrooms requiring proper PPE including gloves and face mask.
- Exposure to typical noise level in the work environment that may require hearing protection.
- Sitting, standing and/or walking for up to eight hours per day
