IT System Engineer – Operations & Support (m/f/d)

Ihre Rolle

• Deployment, installation, and lifecycle management of clients, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• On-site 1st- and 2nd-level support, as well as handling incidents, service requests, and standard changes
• Assisting users with hardware and software issues, and managing conference room and printing systems
• Administration of Microsoft Intune in accordance with defined standards (device registration, policies, software deployment)
• User and group management in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 in accordance with the authorization policy
• Supporting the operation of the local server and network infrastructure according to specifications provided by infrastructure specialists
• Applying client and server patches in accordance with the central patch process
• Asset and license management, as well as maintenance of technical documentation
• Coordinating and supervising external service providers on-site
• Collaboration on IT projects and implementation of centrally defined standards
• Participation in IT on-call duty according to the duty roster
• Ensuring stable and service-oriented IT operations at the site
• Adherence to IT security policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• Documentation of work performed and escalation of complex issues to the responsible senior specialists

Ihr Profil

• Training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or a comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Intune, Active Directory, and basic knowledge of Azure/Entra ID
• Experience in client management and on-site support
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS)
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell is a plus
• Experience with ITSM processes (e.g., ITIL) is desirable
• Strong service and customer focus
• Ability to work independently, in a structured and reliable manner
• Ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills
• Analytical thinking and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• Willingness to pursue further training

Experience in several of the areas mentioned is desirable; a structured onboarding process and technical support from senior specialists will be provided.
