HR Specialist

Job Title: Hiring Specialist.

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM

Experience: 3 + years of experience in hiring

Salary Range: 35,000 to 45000/-

Qualification: Graduate in any stream.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with hiring agencies to identify new talent in sales
• Review and handle the first level of screening.
• Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
• Interview potential candidates members using industry-standard techniques
• Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training

  process

• Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
• Handle onboarding and induction process
• Handle employee joining formalities.
