What You'll Be Doing

• Develop a schedule to assess training needs to identify specific performance gaps

  and knowledge gaps.

• Conduct employee surveys and interviews
• Communicate training needs and online resources
• Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
• Track and compile collected data
• Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
• Test and review created materials
• Maintain a database of all training materials
• Conduct teacher training and onboarding
• Conduct training through new materials for continual professional development
• Review performance by assessment to establish transfer of learning
• Review, audit and generation of trainer certification report

S kills & Qualifications :

• Active listening and interpersonal communication skills
• Creativity, Presentation and agile thinking skills
• Proficient in delivering online and classroom training sessions
• Adaptability and Flexibility to new challenges/ changes
• Proficient in Learning management systems (Canvas, Blackboard, Absorb)
• Digital learning software (Adobe Captivate, Articulate) would be an added advantage
• Demonstrates a high level of proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

Experience - 6-8 Years

Languages: Excellent English Communication Mandatory.

Location - Mumbai Based (central line preferred)

Joining - immediate/15 days
