Tech Lead - Full Stack Development Lifecycle

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Tech Lead to join our engineering hub in Hyderabad, where you will spearhead the design and development of high-scale enterprise applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical execution, working closely with cross-functional product teams, architects, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

You will be responsible for driving the technical roadmap, mentoring high-performing developers, and ensuring our platform remains resilient, scalable, and performant. Your work will directly influence our product's market competitiveness and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional value to our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and efficient system performance for our end users.

- Lead the full-stack development lifecycle, from initial system design and database schema definition to deployment and production monitoring, ensuring high-quality code delivery.

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate abstract business goals into actionable technical specifications and prioritized development sprints.

- Mentor junior engineers through rigorous code reviews and technical guidance, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

- Optimize existing backend services and frontend components to reduce latency and improve overall system reliability, directly impacting customer satisfaction and retention.

- Drive the adoption of modern DevOps practices and automated testing frameworks to accelerate release cycles and maintain high standards of software integrity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building distributed systems using Java and Spring Boot, with a deep understanding of microservices architecture and API design principles.

- Proven ability to manage full-stack development workflows, including proficiency in modern frontend frameworks and their integration with complex backend services.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.

- Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of guiding engineering teams through complex project lifecycles and fostering collaborative work environments.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Hyderabad, maintaining high productivity and clear communication across distributed teams.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a solid foundation in software design patterns and data structures.
