Our work sits at the intersection of consulting, technology, data, and change. We help organizations modernize HR processes, improve employee experience, and make HR technology easier to use, adopt, and scale across the workforce.
About The Role
As a Graduate Consultant, you will help companies improve the way their employees experience work. You will be part of project and product teams that design and deliver HR technology solutions, working with senior consultants, project/product managers, and client teams to understand business needs, document processes, test solutions, support users, and keep projects moving.
This role is for someone who is curious about business, people, technology, and problem-solving. You will learn how companies run HR processes behind the scenes, how digital systems support employees, and how consultants turn complex requirements into practical solutions.
We are looking for fresh graduates who can learn fast, communicate clearly, stay organized, and take ownership from day one.
What You Will Do
- Support senior consultants, project managers, and business teams in understanding client HR processes, business requirements, and project needs.
- Prepare meeting notes, action trackers, process documents, project updates, presentations, and client discussion materials.
- Assist in system testing by following test scripts, recording results, and highlighting issues clearly.
- Help maintain project documentation, configuration workbooks, training guides, and user-support materials.
- Join client workshops, discovery discussions, demos, and project calls to observe, learn, and contribute under guidance.
- Support project planning, coordination, follow-ups, status updates, and go-live activities.
- Help teams track timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Learn how HR technology supports employee data, recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning, payroll, and employee experience.
- Build fundamentals such as structured thinking, communication, client service, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
You Will Do Well Here If You Are
- Curious and eager to learn.
- Comfortable asking questions and clarifying expectations.
- Organized with notes, tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Able to stay calm when there are many moving parts.
- Clear and respectful in communication.
- Willing to own your mistakes, learn from them, and improve quickly.
- Excited by the idea of building a career in consulting and HR technology.

- How organizations use technology to improve employee processes.
- How consultants gather requirements, document solutions, test systems, and support clients.
- How to work with senior consultants and client stakeholders.
- How to use AI and modern tools to work faster and smarter.
