• Development and implementation of strong design concepts with strategic and creative impact
• Holistic brand understanding with a feel for global and generational trends
• Designing compelling brand appearances in the areas of Corporate Identity, Packaging, POS, Motion, Digital, and Social Media
• Independent project responsibility as well as professional support within the team
• Planning and management of design projects, including client presentations
• Organization and support of co-creation workshops and photo shoots
• Creation and delivery of impactful presentations, both internally and externally

Your profile ideally offers

• Excellent design skills, particularly in brand development, packaging design, and campaign design
• Confident in presentations and client communication
• Excellent German language skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Strong knowledge of AI-powered design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, VEO 3)
• Enthusiastic team player with a collaborative mindset
