Creative Director FMCG Brands Culinary (m/w/d)

What awaits You

We are looking for a creative and conceptually strong Creative Director (m/f/d) with a focus on FMCG Culinary.

You bring extensive experience in holistic brand design, design of comprehensive product portfolios, brand identity, campaigns, and packaging design, and you confidently lead your team from idea to execution. You work with a

diverse client portfolio - from international brands to start-ups - and have a strong sense for trends and 360° brand experiences.

• Develop holistic brand strategies and translate them into creative concepts and consistent design systems
• Shape brands across positioning, storytelling, packaging, digital touchpoints, and full 360° experiences
• Lead your team through conceptual processes to clear, impactful results
• Bring brands to life at the point of sale, digitally, and in motion formats
• Present concepts and results confidently to clients and internally
• Plan workshops and support projects through to final execution (including shoots)

Your profile ideally offers

• 8+ years of experience in brand design within FMCG Culinary
• Strong skills in strategy, concept development, and creative ideation
• Experience leading teams and managing conceptual processes
• Confident in client interactions, presentations, and workshops
• Solid knowledge of AI-driven design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, VEO 3)
• Experience in motion design (e.g., After Effects or similar)
• Fluent in English
• Independent, structured way of working combined with strong team spirit
• A portfolio that clearly demonstrates your conceptual streng
