Your Role
You'llbuild and maintainthe policy backbone that keeps constellrcompliant and well-governed as it scales - translating regulatory requirements into practical policies our teams can actually follow. .
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously update corporate policies and compliance documentation
- Track relevant regulatory changes affecting the business
- Coordinate compliance training across the organization
- Support internal investigations and compliance risk assessments
- Report compliance status and risks to the VP - Integrity
Job requirements
About you
Required:
- Experience in corporate governance, compliance or policy management
- Strong analytical and writing skills for translating regulation into policy
- Ability to work cross-functionally to drive compliance adoption
- Fluent German and English
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a regulated or dual-use/defense-adjacent industry
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 governance requirements
- Compliance certification (e.g., CCEP)
