Internship - Grants & Operations Assistant (No Remote)

Role Description
We're looking for a highly motivated Grants & Operations Intern to work directly with the CEO and support both strategic and operational activities. You'll gain hands-on experience in startup operations, innovation funding, project management, and executive support while contributing to real business initiatives from day one.

What You'll Do

Innovation Funding
- Research European, national, and regional funding opportunities
- Support the preparation of grant applications and project proposals
- Assist with project documentation and reporting
- Help coordinate activities with partners and consultants
Operations
- Support administrative and operational processes
- Help manage contracts, suppliers, renewals, and documentation
Executive Support
- Work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives
- Assist in organizing meetings, priorities, and special projects
- Help improve internal processes and operational efficiency
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English
- Comfortable using Excel, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Previous experience with grants, startups, or project management is appreciated but not required.
