Your new role: managing and coordinating cross-functional initiatives by monitoring progress, supporting project planning and governance, facilitating collaboration across stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery.
Activities going to help you shine:
- Support the implementation of Strategy initiatives by coordinating project activities, monitoring progress and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional projects by managing timelines, milestones, dependencies and action plans, ensuring timely execution and effective follow-up of key initiatives
- Support the planning and implementation of strategic projects by monitoring costs, timelines and key milestones.
- Prepare, consolidate and maintain project reports, presentations and other management documentation to support decision-making and project governance
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues and dependencies, providing regular updates and ensuring timely escalation of relevant topics
- Coordinate communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring alignment and effective execution of project activities
- Maintain project documentation, ensuring accurate reporting and visibility over project status and deliverables
- Identify opportunities to improve project coordination, reporting processes and execution efficiency
The fuel needed to go further with us:
- University degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, Law, International Relations, Public Administration or another relevant field;
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of previous experience in a similar position and 4-5 years in the field;
- Proven expertise in project management, including planning, budgeting, cost control, risk management, resource allocation, procurement, project governance, strategic planning, and reporting;
- Experience in the energy sector or a related industry is highly preferred;
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects involving senior stakeholders and multiple business units.
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills; easily establishes relationships;
- Good relationship and teamwork skills;
- Strong skills of planning, organizing and prioritizing;
- Initiative and proactiveness;
- Experience working with SAP is considered an advantage.
- PC skills, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint): advanced;
- Proficient level of English (written & spoken).
